Sports nutrition plans on your terms
Whether you’re just starting, preparing your season or have a question for your whole club — there’s a plan that fits. Below you’ll find, per service, what you can expect, who it’s for, and what you walk away with.
For whom
Athletes who want more out of it
Sports nutrition advice works for a wide range of profiles — from competitive endurance athletes to recreational ones with a concrete goal in mind. Below are the four groups I see most often.
Endurance athletes
Triathletes, runners, marathoners, road cyclists, swimmers, duathletes and mountain bikers. Focus on glycogen storage, race-day fueling and recovery between long sessions.
Hybrid & functional strength athletes
For those combining strength training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), obstacle races or functional-fitness competitions. Nutrition that supports both peak strength and longer endurance.
Strength & team athletes
Powerlifters, gym-goers, footballers, basketball, hockey and volleyball players. Work on body composition, performance and periodisation toward the season.
Goal-driven recreational athletes
Anyone working toward a concrete goal — a first 10 km, a PR, a body-composition target, or more energy through your training week. No competitive level needed.
Intake
What we do
An in-depth first call where we map your training schedule, your eating patterns, your health and your goals. We talk through what's going well, where the wins are, and which approach is realistic for your situation. By the end I put a starter plan on the table with concrete next steps.
For whom
Any (sporting) adult ready to start with sports nutrition for the first time — from beginner to competitive athlete. No experience or level required.
How
In practice or via secure video consult. You fill out a short form beforehand so we use the 60 minutes well.
What you take away
A written summary of your goals, your starter plan with concrete actions for the first 2–4 weeks, and (if needed) a referral to your doctor or a colleague-specialist.
What we do
A focused session to adjust your plan, talk through progress and resolve sticking points. We look at what's working, what's rough, and how to approach the next block.
For whom
Anyone who's done an intake and wants to stay on track. You choose the cadence — monthly, every six weeks, or around a specific race.
How
In practice or online. Between sessions, short e-mail questions are welcome (we don't run a 24/7 helpline — but fast, thoughtful replies within working days).
What you take away
An adjusted plan, a focus for the period ahead, and any tweaks to your race/competition protocol.
Follow-up consult
Goal-specific nutrition plan
What we do
A full nutrition plan, written for the goal you're working toward — a race, a race day, a personal record or a season target. Includes detailed race-day protocols, a fueling strategy for heavy training blocks, and periodisation toward your main race.
For whom
Endurance athletes (triathletes, runners, marathoners, road cyclists, swimmers, duathletes) and hybrid athletes combining functional strength training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), obstacle races or functional-fitness competitions. But equally strength athletes, team athletes and goal-driven recreational athletes with a concrete seasonal plan in mind.
How
Start with a thorough intake. Then multiple follow-ups (usually 2 included) in the run-up to your goal. Between sessions you get the plan digitally + a one-page race-day protocol.
What you take away
A personalised nutrition plan (PDF), race-day protocol, and adjustments up to your main race. No off-the-shelf spreadsheets that float around elsewhere.
What we do
A plan for a sports club or team: group workshops on sports nutrition and individual screenings for athletes who want to go deeper. Content tailored to the sport and the club's level.
For whom
Sports clubs, schools and teams that want to give their athletes a professional nutrition framework. From youth programs to competitive senior level.
How
Start with an intro call with the sporting management. Then a tailored plan — typically 2–4 workshops per season plus optional individual screenings.
What you take away
A written club protocol (base guidelines for the whole club), workshop materials, and individual reports for screened athletes.
