Sport
An athlete too — I know what you're going through
I’m a triathlete myself and a finisher of Ironman 70.3 Mallorca and Ironman Texas. Long training weeks, race-week tapering and nutrition around race day aren’t just literature to me — they’re lived experience.
The difference between a 4-hour training week and a 15+ hour one is real to me — as are the moments after a long session when you don’t want anything to eat, or suddenly want everything at once. That experience helps me see beyond a plan on paper: what’s realistic, what tastes good after a long workout and what actually fits into a busy week.
